We create our products using all kinds of plastic and metal boards and rods through a process called machining.
We can take mass orders, but we specilize in producing all kinds of custom-made precision parts in small amounts.
While we can manufacture large parts, we specialize in products that are smaller that the palm of our hands.

We specialize in producing mechanical precision parts for manufacturing equipment, inspection equipment, and industrial robots. As we are located upstream in the supply chain, our products are essential in manufacturing high-quality and low-cost finished products. To meet this demand, we ensure highly precise and speedy supply of our products.
Many processes are being automated due to decreasing working population in Japan and rising labor costs in Asian countries. This trend is expected to accelerate further in the future. There are concerns that the spread of robots and AI will take away people's jobs, but the jobs that are being replaced are those that are too dangerous and strenuous for people to do. Because these machines can take over jobs that are not suitable for people, I prefer to see them as a great help to humans and something to be appreciated.
It will be rewarding for us if by supplying better parts, we can contribute to manufacturing around the world, and in turn contribute even a little to the development of humanity. Inspection staff are responsible for pre-shipment inspection, packaging, chamfering, and material cutting.

Our Business Growth Strategy
We will work on the following four basic strategies.
1. Developing highly skilled human resources in Vietnam.
Training of precision parts and parts processing engineers (200 people) and support enterpreneurship in this industry (50 people, 50 companies).
2. Building and developing supporting industry (manufacturing of mechanical parts) network in HCMC and surrounding proviness via partnerships with HAMEE members, enterpreneurs, and other companies in the industry.

We provide training for engineers on precision parts processing and design and support their independence.
Yumoto Group will conduct training to develop future parts processing engineers and support their independence. This will contribute to the development of a strong network of supporting industries, specifically of manufacturing parts and materials.
The details of the training are as follows:
We will form a network with these future enterpreneurs through partnership and collaboration and develop a supporting industry group that supports Vietnam's manufacturing industry behind the scenes.
*This is not franchise-like relationship that is tied to contracts or the use of specialized software. We will be connected by academic connections or professional connections and by social gatherings. We are thinking of creating a "loose" horizontal network of partnerships based on mutual trust.

The materials shown on the left are ones that we have experience processing. We can procure and process materials other than those listed above according to customer requests.
For parts with dimensions that cannot be handled by our own mahine tools (large parts), we can have them processed by our partner companies. We guarantee the quality.
We can process parts of 1/1000mm precison for metals and 5/100mm for resins.

We will cooperate with VNSC(Vietnam Space Center) to produce satellites made 100% in Vietnam.
This memorandum of understanding was signed on 2 August 2023.
Yumoto Vietnam Company will participate in the development of domestically produced artificial satellites according to the plan of the Vietnamese Government. Yumoto Vietnam Company (Long An Province) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Vietnam National Space Center (VNSC), affiliated with the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology. In the future, Yumoto Vietnam will work with VNSC to design and manufacture satellite parts and equipment. The first goal is to complete structural thermal modeling (STM) by the end of 2025.
To date, VNSC has developed 4 types of artificial satellites and Yumoto Vietnam will participate in developing the 5th satellite. We will be responsible for developing, designing and manufacturing parts, etc. This is a rare opportunity for Japanese small and medium enterprises to participate in satellite development projects produced by Vietnam.
The fifth satellite plan will be mainly developed by Vietnamese companies, with the support of Vietnamese engineers working at Yumoto Vietnam.
At Yumoto Vietnam, there are 13 engineers, including 1 engineer who graduated from Ho Chi Ming City Universtiy of Technology (HCMUT) and 4 engineers who graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE).
Our dream is to take our technology to space
Yumoto Electric will begin operations in the United Sates to enter the aerospace market.
By 2025, Yumoto Electric will establish an on-demand production system for satellite and rocket parts and set an annual revenue target of 1 billion yen (=180 billion VND) by 2030.
In the future, our comppany will also establish a production base in the United Sates to shorten delivery time and expand business.
We also plan to establish a new factory in Okayama Prefecture in Japan by 2025.
Yumoto Group's business will be divided into 3 parts.
By doing so, we aim to build a solid system for sustainable growth in sales and profits.
We contributed to the development of JAXA' s artificial satellite "HAYABUSA2"
Yumoto Electric Inc. received orders from JAXA and produced specialized boxes for the camera system of HAYABUSA.
