Business Process

Discuss / Order

We will discuss your quotation and sample requests, and make various suggestions, such as material selection and optimal processing methods. We will provide you with a quotation once we receive your confirmation by email or fax. Your order will then be completed. Please contact us for more details.

Planning and Drawing

Immediately after receiving an order, our team will incorporate your order into our management system. We can handle both 2D drawings and 3D data. If you do not have a drawing available for us but can provide us with the necessary information, we can create 2D drawings and 3D data for you, using programs such as Fusion and Mastercam. We can accept orders of cutting processing starting from just one piece. We can also handle mass production of several thousand pieces.

Processing

Using cutting equipment such as machining centers and NC lathes, our manufacturing department, which has many years of experience in its specialized field, processes precision mechanical parts according to our customers' requests.

Inspection

Our Quality Inspection team follows strict inspection processes based on Japanese standards, using the latest equipment such as image measuring devices and coordinate measuring machines, and has each product checked three times by different people to prevent defective products from being shipped out. 

Packaging and Delivery

To ensure that customers receive quality products that have passed strict quality inspection standards, our staff will carefully and responsibly package each item individually.

We support deliveries to customers not only in Vietnam but also all over the world. We also assist customers with customs clearance procedures.
