Job Opportunities at Yumoto Vietnam for New Graduates
Yumoto Vietnam is actively recruiting new graduates from universities and colleges specializing in mechanical engineering. In 2024 alone, we have hired 11 new graduates, which is nine more than last year.
In this post, we would also like to introduce one of our youngest talents, Cuong, who, after graduating from Long An College in 2023, joined Yumonam as an intern, then a part-time worker, and is set to become a full-time employee in December 2024.
When he first joined the company, Cuong was so shy that he could hardly look up when speaking. Even after being hired, he struggled with self-confidence. However, with a strong passion for mechanical engineering, Cuong has worked steadily to improve himself and now works as a CNC lathe engineer at Yumonam.
At the beginning of 2024, we installed a new CNC lathe, and Cuong was assigned to operate it. We have closely observed his daily efforts to learn how to run and program the lathe, and we are pleased to see his consistent improvement. Now, he can confidently handle most machining tasks on his own, though he still seeks guidance from senior staff when needed.
In October, Cuong gave a confident speech in front of the entire company and was awarded the "Outstanding Engineer of the Month." Today, Cuong is recognized as a promising young talent, a “golden egg” of Yumonam.
Yumoto Vietnam believes that Cuong and our other young, passionate new employees will contribute greatly to our company’s future growth. We are always on the lookout for enthusiastic and ambitious new graduates to join our team.
