To create opportunities for our staff to continuously develop their skills and working mindset, Yumonam organized and sponsored the training course “Coaching – Employee Coaching Skills for Staff Development” for the company’s managers and employees.
The two-day course featured practical exercises and vivid simulated scenarios, enabling participants to easily apply the knowledge to real work situations.
The learning atmosphere was always lively, enjoyable, and full of positive energy. Each member had the chance to practice, exchange ideas, and gain a new perspective on employee training methods.
