During the machining process, when an engineer continuously faced difficulties due to minor deviations in certain parts and had not yet achieved optimal results, exchanging ideas and coordinating with colleagues created a significant turning point. When the two engineers analyzed and discussed together, the issues were viewed more comprehensively, leading to appropriate solutions and a smoother product completion. The final result not only met technical requirements but also received highly positive feedback from customers.
Recently, Yumoto Vietnam had the opportunity to work with a new material, white PBT-GF30. This was a major challenge due to the material’s characteristics and the complexity of the design, especially when the deformation behavior during machining was not fully understood. However, through continuous execution and adjustments, the team gradually gained experience and a deeper understanding of the material’s properties, thereby optimizing the machining methods and improving product quality.
In the initial stage, the machining process encountered several difficulties when some parts deviated from expectations. Mr. Tuyen and Mr. Dong worked together to analyze the drawing and reassess the implementation method. Through discussion and multiple trials, they identified optimal solutions for each component.

Through this project, the team not only gained more experience working with new materials but also strengthened their teamwork—an essential factor in improving product quality and better meeting customer requirements. This also serves as a foundation for the team to confidently take on future technical challenges.
