I spoke to Quang, who has been working at Yumonam for two years.
Quang mainly works with lathe machines. A lathe is a processing method in which the material to be processed is fixed, rotated, and cut by placing it against a cutting tool. He is also learning how to use the FANUC Robodrill machine, a CNC milling machine, and hopes to be skilled in both milling and lathe machining in the future.
Quang says that what he likes most about his job is thinking for himself while steadily adjusting and processing parts, and working with everyone at the company.
The thing he is working hardest on right now is studying Japanese, as he is set to start working in Osaka, Japan, where the company's headquarters is located, from April 2025.
He says he will continue working hard to balance his work and studies.
Thank you, Quang, for taking the time out of your busy schedule!
