On the morning of July 23, 2025, Yumoto Vietnam Co., Ltd., located in Long An Province (now Tay Ninh Province), warmly welcomed a group of mechanical engineering students from Can Tho University. The students were greeted by Mr. Fuku Mori, Company Director; Mr. Nam, Head of the Machining Department; and other mechanical engineering experts.
In addition to learning about the production process at Yumoto Vietnam Co., Ltd., the students from Can Tho University also had the opportunity to observe and learn about the company's modern machinery systems and professional working environment. Here, the students had the chance to interact directly with mechanical engineers, learn about the operation of CNC machines, as well as the techniques and quality standards involved in the production of precision mechanical parts.
Through this hands-on experience, the students not only broadened their professional knowledge but also gained a deeper understanding of the requirements of businesses for technical workforce in the era of Industry 4.0. The engineering team at Yumoto enthusiastically shared their career development journey, challenges, and opportunities in the field of precision mechanical processing.
The visit was not only an opportunity for young people to learn, but also a bridge linking schools and businesses more closely in training and recruitment.
