How to check screws
First check the shape. Defective products can be prevented by visual inspection and shorten that time. After checking the appearance, shape, and warping on the surface, check the drill holes and screw holes. Is the hole drilled through or not, can the screw enter the specified effective depth of the screw hole? If so, can the screw be inserted? Be sure to check the thread implantation into the product with Helisert insert or Helisert insert Tap. After adjustment is complete, to prevent missed checks, drawings will be color marked.
2: Check appearance, measure dimensions, clean and package products.
Processed products that have met standards in inspection room one will be moved to two inspection rooms. Of the two-inspection staff, the staff member with the fewer years of inspection will conduct the inspection first. If there are any problems, notice the technical department. If there are no problems, it will be transferred to a more experienced staff to check the dimensions. After completing the check in the inspection department, the goods will be prepared for shipping.
