Mazak Variaxis J-500/5X
The Mazak Variaxis J-500/5X can process complex shapes rapidly for all kinds of plastic and metal materials, including harder materials such as stainless steel. It is a simultaneous 5-axis machining and can move the tool in the usual three linear axes (X, Y, and Z) as well as two rotational axes (A and B). Due to the additional rotational axes, this machine can process complex parts with more efficiency and sophisticated precision and meet the strict tolerances of products with ease.
The Mazak machine can process plastic materials to a tolerance of up to 1/100 mm and up to 5/1000mm for metal materials.*
We have two engineers who specialize in operating the Mazak machines. They are senior engineers with more than 5 years of experience with machining processing of precision parts.
