Yumoto Vietnam
On February 26, 2025, Yumoto Vietnam was honored to participate in the factory tour organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Association of Mechanical – Electrical Enterprises (HAMEE). The event gathered numerous businesses in the industry, providing a great opportunity for networking, experience exchange, and business collaboration.
Opportunities for Networking and Learning in the Mechanical – Electrical Industry
This factory tour not only allowed businesses to gain insights into manufacturing processes and new technologies but also fostered valuable connections.
With many years of experience in precision mechanical processing, Yumoto Vietnam continuously innovates and enhances product quality. Participating in HAMEE events is part of our development strategy, helping us expand our network, strengthen production capabilities, and deliver high-quality mechanical products to our customers.
Today, we would like to introduce Tam, an intern at Yumonam! Tam is a third-year student at HUTECH University and is interning at Yumonam for about two months. He can speak English and Japanese well, so he helps us communicate with the Vietnamese staff as an interpreter.
Since 2024, Yumonam has been proud to apply the ISO 9001:2015 standard to enhance product quality and optimize workflow.
ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Standard
ISO 9001:2015 helps businesses strictly control the production process, ensure products meet international standards, and enhance their reputation in the market.
ISO 9001:2015 Training at Yumonam
To effectively implement this standard, Yumonam conducts internal training for employees on ISO principles, workflow control, document management, and quality improvement.
In this room, they mainly use special hand tools to post-process the fine details that machines cannot do. It's a very detailed job, so it requires a lot of concentration. They say they enjoy their job because the job requires meticulousness and attention to detail.
Today we will be presenting Hao! She is the leader of the quality inspection team and has worked for Yumoto Vietnam for about 3 years.
I spoke to Quang, who has been working at Yumonam for two years.
Quang mainly works with lathe machines. A lathe is a processing method in which the material to be processed is fixed, rotated, and cut by placing it against a cutting tool. He is also learning how to use the FANUC Robodrill machine, a CNC milling machine, and hopes to be skilled in both milling and lathe machining in the future.
Akari and Ryohei interned at YUMOTO VIETNAM for about one month from early August to early September. They both feel grateful that they learned a lot every day and were inspired by many things. All the Yumonam staff also feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to interact and work with them!
