At Yumoto Vietnam, all CNC machined components will go through rigorous inspection before we deliver to our customers. Our Inspection Department carefully checks dimensions, tolerances, and surface quality to ensure each component meets the highest standards.
Recently, I had the chance to measure two sample products. I realized the inspection process is a very detailed work that requires concentration and patience. Additionally, we must apply careful thought and technique since some dimensions aren’t straightforward to measure. Here are some of the tools the we regularly use to ensure only high-quality precision parts make their way to you.

Used to measure geometric tolerances and complex shapes
Height gauge -capable of measuring in units of 0.001mm
