    Our Manufacturing Process 

    Here is a step by step flow on how this aluminum precision component was produced. 

    Step 1: Order Processing

    The sales team communicated delivery date, material, quantity, surface treatment, tolerances, and client-specific requests to the processing team.

    Step 2: Material Procurement & Scheduling

    Materials were sourced from qualified local suppliers, and anodizing was booked in advance to ensure on-time delivery.

    Step 3: CNC Machining

    Our experienced engineers produced the parts using the Brother SPEEDIO S700Xd2 4-axis CNC milling machine to achieve precise dimensions.

    Machined parts were placed in a labeled clean box. The engineer placed the product carefully in neat rows to prevent scratches.

    When the machining was completed, the blue box was placed on the shelf labeled “prior post-finishing” for the chamfer team to conduct the next step.

    Step 5: Post-CNC Manual Finishing

    Our meticulous chamfer team conducted manual finishing, including edge refinement and touch-ups, to ensure smooth surfaces.

    Step 6: Pre-Anodizing Inspection

    Inspection confirmed there were no scratches and all dimensions met tolerances.

    Ms. Tham, sub-leader from inspection department, used a digital caliper to measure dimensions of each product. 

    Step 7: Anodizing

    Parts were sent for hard anodizing according to the booked schedule.

    Step 8: Post-Anodizing Finishing

    The post-processing team performed final hand corrections.

    Step 9: Final Inspection & Packaging

    The inspection team conducted a final check on dimensions and appearance. Each part was then carefully wrapped with bubble wrap and PE foam to ensure safe transit. Click here to see a video of our packaging process
