Yumoto Vietnam proudly owns eight FANUC ROBODRILL a-D21LiB machines. The FANUC machines can process all kinds of aluminum, copper, and resin and plastic materials to a precision of up to 1/100 mm.*
Stainless steel is an alloy steel with a chromium content of 10.5% or higher and a carbon content of 1.2% or lower. Chromium forms a passive film on the surface and protects the main body, giving it rust resistance.
It has excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and heat resistance, and is used in many situations such as machine parts and foundations of structures.
At Yumonam, besides small and medium-sized parts, we can also machine sheet-type components with high precision using a Mazak 3-axis machine—one of the most advanced CNC machines, ensuring optimal machining stability and quality.
After the cutting process, each product undergoes a rigorous inspection using specialized measuring equipment. This helps control dimensions, flatness, and accuracy according to technical drawings, ensuring the highest quality before delivery to customers.

The Mazak Variaxis J-500/5X can process complex shapes rapidly for all kinds of plastic and metal materials, including harder materials such as stainless steel.

Cutting at metal speed (Yumoto Denki) is a process that uses a blade that rotates at high speed or a material that is rotated at high speed to attack the blade to scrape the material.
This is a processing method that places a large load on the blade and material.
At Yumoto Vietnam, we manufacture precision parts of all kinds of plastic and metal materials. In order to provide short lead times for our customers, we manage our materials inventory carefully and ensure that we always have our most popular materials available in warehouse. Some of these are POM (black and white), blue MC nylon and various kinds of aluminum (A5052 JP, A2017 JP, A7075 Russia, A6061 Korea, A5052 rods). All of our suppliers of raw materials are located in Vietnam and it only takes us two working days to receive them after placing an order.

In this room, they mainly use special hand tools to post-process the fine details that machines cannot do. It's a very detailed job, so it requires a lot of concentration. They say they enjoy their job because the job requires meticulousness and attention to detail.
